Here’s my picks of the weeks from this week’s broker tour.
2003 Ellen Ave
This 3/2 is going for $749,000. It’s got original kitchen and baths, but it’s got a good layout with some real nice yard features for somebody who’s into landscaping and plants like I am: a pond in the front and a great greenhouse out back. As with any unusual feature, there was lots of discussion about the pros and cons of the greenhouse. Being my own family’s Chief Horticultural Officer, I loved it. Here’s a quick video so you can judge for yourself!
1823 Harris Ave
This is a nice big 5/3 with a gorgeous master bath. It’s got a nice layout with all the bedrooms upstairs. Its elementary school is Bagby, and right around the corner there’s a great association pool for $600/year.
2445 Fairoak Ct.
Gotta love an Eichler! This one has staging that REALLY works for the house. Retro modern green couch that pulls from the green outside in the courtyard. Deep red cabinets with silestone counters, and two small under-counter refrigerators made it really unique. The original mahogany walls are well maintained and add warmth to this classic retro yet modern family home with Booksin Schools.
