Booksin serves the geographic center of Willow Glen, a rectangular area that stretches from River Glen Park at Bird and Pine to just past Meridian.
Parent Teacher Organization
Booksin’s parent-teacher organization is the Booksin Elementary School Community Association (BESCA). BESCA organizes a number of programs and events throughout the year to raise money that funds extra programs, services and staff. Special annual events include a Walkathon, Family Fun Night, and this year was the inaugural Booksin Bulldog Ball.
Y-Care
Booksin is home to a state licensed YMCA child care program that offers year-round child care for kids kindergarten through 6th grade. They can even pick kids up directly from class.
